But there are a few things youll want to get ahead of time to make this important transition as fun and enriching as possible for your new feline family member. It all starts with a trip to your local pet supply store! The first thing youll need is a carrier its a must for transporting your kitten home and to and from the veterinarians office. It also gives her a sense of security. Make sure its large enough so she can stand up and turn around. Once you get home, leave the carrier out and let her get familiar with it.
